Information about Drvenik Mali
Drvenik Mali is an island located 10 nautical miles southwest from Trogir. Drvenik Mali administratively belong to the municipality of Trogir. The main village is port Borak, which is the center of every economic or social event, there is the store, restaurant and the bar. Island Drvenik mali, with numerous inlets, sand beaches and hidden bays, is a perfect place if you want to rest from every day stress. These places are reachable by foot from village centers or by boat.
Borak has a small ferry port. In this port you can arrive with ferry from Trogir and Seget Donji. In Trogir the ferry for Drvenik Veli goes from waterfront (Riva). If you want to go to Drvenik Veli with your car than you must go from Seget Donji which is only 1 kilometer from Trogir.
The most beautiful beach in Drvenik Mali is “Vela Rina” beach. This is the large sandy bay located on the South side of this island. There is one restaurant on this beach and few apartments. The restaurant is placed in the shaded house courtyard, directly by the sea, offering delicious dalmatian specialties prepared only with home grown non-polluted domestic products and fresh sea food caught by your hosts. From the main port you can come on this beach by foot and it will take only 10 minutes.
